As the chip counts were being collected, the pot of the tournament was unfolding at Table 46. The action would be picked up on the river, as Justin Liberto had just put James Kaplan all-in for his tournament life. The board read 8 7 J 8 K, and James was talking out loud, saying that he was actually thinking about folding a full house. He continued to think for a short while before making the call and seeing that Liberto had rivered a full house with KK. James would show the table that he had J 8 before wishing everyone good luck and walking to get paid.
This is James' second super deep run in this Big Stax series, chopping the Big Stax 500 earlier this week for $40,000. James collects $6,239 for his 14th place finish.
