Big Stax 300 (Day 1B): Levelin' Up

Level 12 begins, and players are now posting blinds of 1,000/2,000/300 (717 total entries).  The 15 active tables and 135 or so players at the moment, will be 5-6 tables and 45-55 players at the end of the night.  The next few levels are a moving period for the players, and a list of notables still alive will be posted shortly.
